  • reverse chronological order
  • maximum of 3 pages
  • precise dates & informations
Letter of motivation
  • maximum of 2 pages
Certificate(s) of employment
  • min. 12 months relevant working experience
  • all experiences made after bachelor degree
  • dated, stamped, signed
  • contain a letterhead
  • exact duration in the format: „from dd.mm.yyyy to dd.mm.yyyy“
Proof of English Proficiency
  • FAQ, example & more information
  • IELTS min. B2 (Band 6)
  • or
  • TOEFL min. B2 (minimum score: 550 paper based (PBT), 213 computer based (CBT); 80 internet based (iBT) – institutional TOEFL (ITP) is not accepted)
  • or
  • a Medium of Instruction Certificate (MOI) from your university that degree was taught in English
  • or
  • English is the official language
Academic degree certificate(s)
  • in English or German
Full transcript(s) of records
  • certified by the university
  • in English or German
  • contains grading system
  • contains the time period of studies
  • contains all courses attended
  • contains all grades
  • contains degree name
